JEEVES PEEVED musicbank.net The estate of author PG Wodehouse, creator of the butler Jeeves, has begun legal proceedings against AskJeeves.com, the search engine for people who can't use search engines. Their case looks pretty patchy given that one cannot trademark character names and the Wodehouse estate owns no trademarks. But anyone can see why the estate is angry.
