Rebecca's little review of the Oxford gig To: careinthecommunity@egroups.com Hi everyone, Yesterday, Céline and I took a coach up to Oxford to check out Toby's gig. I don't know what I was expecting, but what I saw was well worth the trip. The new songs are excellent; clever lyrics as always, with a great sound to go with them. I really like the direction in which Toby's headed - a more rock/indie style of music. The new band sounded really good (and Toby's guitar-playing wasn't bad either). I think the whole thing was pretty much a success; I can't wait for whatever comes next. Rebecca.
